For community partnership inquiries we also collect the property name and location, an approximate unit count, current pet amenities, and your preferred arrangement.
Why we collect it
We use this information to reply to you, confirm availability, quote and arrange services, carry out the care you've requested, keep records of the services provided, and contact you about your booking.
Payment information
We do not collect payment card information through this website. Payment is arranged directly with you by secure invoice and processed by our payment provider, which is governed by its own terms and privacy practices. We do not publish anyone's personal payment details on this site.
Sharing
We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this website and store our records, or where we're required to by law.
Retention
